This will be our 4th Hands on Brisket class in 12 months and it keeps getting better. This will be the last one for a bit. Get registered now as we are already half full!
Happening on Saturday, January 18th at American Fire BBQ. Over the course of 4 hours, each individual will learn how to select a quality brisket, comp trim, inject, rub and smoke it. Each person will get to trim their own brisket that they get to take home and cook!
