INGREDIENTS
- Smoke ‘n Magic Bold ‘n Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 oz envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
RECIPE
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- In a bowl, using a fork, gently stir all ingredients except the mixer. (try not to overwork.)
- Scoop one tablespoon of mixture and with dampened hands form into 20 balls.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet (preferably non-stick) over high heat and sear the meatballs on all sides to brown, about 1 minute on each side. Be careful when flipping as meatballs are pretty fragile.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Heat the Smoke ‘n Magic Bloody Mary Mix in the skillet, add meatballs, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and parmesan cheese and serve.
