INGREDIENTS

RECIPE

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF 
  2. In a bowl, using a fork, gently stir all ingredients except the mixer. (try not to overwork.)
  3. Scoop one tablespoon of mixture and with dampened hands form into 20 balls.
  4. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet (preferably non-stick) over high heat and sear the meatballs on all sides to brown, about 1 minute on each side. Be careful when flipping as meatballs are pretty fragile.
  5. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Heat the Smoke ‘n Magic Bloody Mary Mix in the skillet, add meatballs, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and parmesan cheese and serve.
