This is one of our favorite cuts: Pork Tenderloin! It’s super lean, delicious, and inexpensive, the perfect thing to cook for the whole family. 🐷

  1. Prepare Your Pork Tenderloin
    • Cut off any fat and silver skin from your tenderloin.
    •  Preheat your smoker to 500°.
    • Apply a generous coat of Smoke ’n Magic Pork Rub.
    • Rest for 5-10 minutes to let the rub set in and then place your meat on the smoker.
  1. Cook Your Tenderloin
    • Cook at 500° until the internal temperature is between 135° and 138°.
    • Flip at about 5-6 minutes and apply some Smoke ’n Magic Southern Twang BBQ Sauce and baste it onto the pork to begin building a bark.
    • Flip your tenderloin and repeat!
    • Continue these steps for about 15-20 minutes until you’ve built a beautiful bark on them!
    • Once the internal temperature is between 135° and 138° pull your meat off your smoker and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
    • Place your tenderloin in an aluminum pan and tent it with foil while you let it rest.
    • Once the 20 minutes has passed, we like to slice ours into 1/8th” or 1/16th” pieces and eat them how you please! Sandwiches, fried rice, as it is, egg rolls, whatever you like!
    • PRO TIP: Be sure that you pour any juice left over in the pain over the tenderloin to make it extra juicy and most importantly, enjoy!
